MatchBox Valentines/Gifty packets

My projects are for the Make It Monday #237 A fun little matchbox package. I made a couple of them by recycling the tea boxes. It worked perfectly to tuck some goodies and tea into them. I used PTI products, Polka dot parade, Little Bitty Bird, sentiment from Damask Designs and Lovely Layers. As you can see on the contents I added a little note of "Pay It Forward". I will leave it anonymously in someone's mailbox. Hope it travels to a few more people. I put in a tea, hot chocolate voucher and a little cinnamon chocolate. I tied it up and didn't staple it in so that it would be easier to fill again.

Make it Monday Challenge

I made this card for the challenge at Make It Monday Challenge #234 I used PTI Dies from Feather Finery and Fancy Flakes and the sentiment is from Believe stamp set. I used a THoltz embossing folder. Inked up one side before I ran it through the BigShot. I had to add some reinker to make it show up properly. Splattered with a pearl paint. Added a bit of PTI twine and glitter washi tape.

Shabby White Owl Tree

Today I'm posting something different. It's the tree I decorated for my family room. My inspiration came from shabbyartboutique.com So many cute things. OMG!! What a talented lady! The wrapping paper on the gift beside the doll is from her collections as well. I spray painted the snowflakes and icicles that I bought at the $store. So cheap and they do the trick. I printed the owls on matte cardstock and then mounted them on cereal box cardboard then propped them into the tree. So cute! I'm showing off this little bit of Shabbyliciousness over at the Shabbylicious Features

Coverplate Watercolor

Here's my attempt at watercoloring with a cover plate mask!! This one almost didn't make the blog! I just wasn't altogether pleased. Once I added a bit of glitter, sequins and the sentiment it was ok. I used the PTI Circle Coverplate to make my Christmas tree. I had to cut the circles into rows in order to set them in a triangle. I used a bit of Wink of Stella to help the sad watercoloring. Sentiment is an old SU stamp. To see the challenge details check it HERE
